Cooking and Tasting Rio tour (6 hours)
Besides all its natural beauties and friendly population, the gastronomy is also an important highlight of Rio. “Batida de coco”, “aipim frito”, “moqueca” and “pé de moleque” are some of Brazil’s favorite foods and drinks that involve less than ordinary ingredients, like cassava, sugar cane molasses, cashew fruit and dendê palm oil.
This cooking class is a unique opportunity to learn how to cook some exotic and tasty traditional Brazilian meals. Besides cooking, guests learn about the origins and nutritional values of the different ingredients and taste what they have prepared in a friendly gathering at the end of the class.
